How to Make Workflow Mailer failover to another Node in PCP?

Hi,

I have setup of PCP in 11gR2RAC env. When Node 1 database down the CM fail over to Node2 , Once Node 1 Database comes up CM fail  back to Node 1 but Workflow mailer notification didn't start correctly. When I tried to start manually by OAM, but still didn't come up. Is there any parameter need to setup which allow WF mailer to fail back correctly?

Does anyone have similar issue in RAC/PCP env?
