When should I do "emctl exportconfig oms" ?

Hello!  I'm Yuji.

Lately, I began to study about Backing up of EMCC.

I have a question. It's that when should I do "emctl exportconfig oms" ?

Middleware home , OMS home should be backed up when patching or automatic update.

Software Library should be backed up every 1h ~ 1day.

Repository Database should run archivelog mode.

But exportconfig, How is it?
