Performance Issue on Add Button on Siebel Sales Mobile Connected Application on iPAD

We are facing a performance issue while clicking the Add Button on Contact Applet under Accounts Screen. On click of the add button it takes about 13 seconds to show up the data. We are facing this issue across all the add buttons across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and Activities. We are testing this on Siebel Sales Connected Application on an iPAD. Is this an expected behaviuor on Siebel Sales Mobile or is this a product defect?
