Service Contract Renewal Notification Error

Hi All,

Our users receiveing a lot of error messages for service contract which cannot be renewed with renewal type Submit for Approval. They have changed the renewal type of all contracts to Notify Salesrep, so I don’t understand why they still receive these notifications.
