In my test environment on Oracle 11g, the query executed in 173 milli seconds. But in Production en

In my test environment on Oracle 11g, the query executed in 173 milli seconds.  But in Production environment it is taking 870 milli seconds. The Test and Production enviroments are same as mirror image. Why it is differs in the prod environment.
