Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to default the RO Owner on Tech portal with the user's name?

Hi Gurus,

Does anyone know how to default (through Personalization on OAF -- initial value) the RO Owner on the Repair Order Search?

The technician's name that is opening the page should be set as the initial value....
