iRecruitment :Update Grade Name during offer

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Currently the grade field is readonly and not able to update. The vacancy was created without any grade, and now during the offer stage if we want to add the grade how can we do it as field is readonly. We have only one business group.
