Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Projects - EBS (MOSC)

Issue with module-Project Portfolio Analysis. I am not able to see Scorecard link in Other Setup sec

Step-1 Project Classifications and Class codes have been created to use for Project Portfolio Analysis

Existing Vision instance Project Classification - Business Objective

Added Class Code value of- GB R&D Project

Additional New Project Classification created is Investment Mix with class code values as below:

a) Internal Funding and
b) Customer Funding

Step-2 Created Project Portfolio-GB-PPM-01 using above defined Project Classifications and planning cycle initiated

Step-3 Created Project Number-GB-PJP-Test-02 using above defined Project Classifications and funding status changed to Proposed

Issue- Unable to see Scorecard link in Other Project Setup section

Also, unable to add this created Project in Scenario to analyze as part of Project Portfolio
