Impact Analysis of changes on Siebel Repository ?

Hi All,  I was wonder if there is a software or Tool from Oracle or third party vendors to do impact analysis on Siebel Repository.  For example, if a Businnes Service Method have to be modified, I want to know previously what other Siebel Objects could be affected because of the change.  The same with changes on any other Siebel Objects: Applets, views, task ui, etc.

Any help wil be greatly appreciated !!!!
