Are there any Risk in Payables if we don't setup VAT 2015? We understand the risk from AR, but not

in E-Business Tax (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

We are in the process of configuring our Receivables for VAT 2015, however, we are under the impression that for Payables this is an option for setup.  What are the risk(s), if any, if we do not subscribe to any of the EU countries that are not seeded in Oracle.
