Treasury Functionality

We are implementing R12 Treasury

In Module Treasury we did the following:
1. We configure the counterparty
2. We link the counterparty bank branch defined cash management
3. And we complete all required fields.

The Cash Management Module we did the following:
We complete the fields:
1. Ownership and Use of Cash Account = Treasury
2. Account Information: We fill the fields: "Account Name Uncovered" and "Reference Bank Account Number"

When we try to burn out this error message:

The City of Branch Banking can not be null. Enter City Branch Banking ..

But in the bank branch  HAVE assigned an address and city. This field is not null
