PIM Item unable to update after patching

Hi All,

We have applied the following patches in TEST Instance.,after the patch we are unable to open the Item page in PIM.

Patch 18998771: 18636975-WEBADI DOESNOT HAVE FEATURE TO IMPORT USER DEFINED UOM VALUE OF ATTRIBU

Patch 19177149: SEQUENCE OF ATTRIBUTE LISTED FOR SHORT DESC IN UI FOR ICC IS NOT IN SAME ORDER A

Patch 18544827: EGO - CANNOT UPDATE UNIT OF ISSUE TO UOM WITH ITEM SPECIFIC UOM CONVERSION
