E910_OVR layout editor not shown but OVR is saved

Hi, wondering what has caused this error....after clicked the save report button, a page is brought up but ended with error - pls attached ..the OVR is somehow saved and can be removed if want to..

wondering if this is related to Issues with Accessing One View Menu or Adding a New Custom One View Report 1445995.pdf ?
