R12.1.3 : Terms and Condition default on Purchasing documents while printing

Hi,

We want to print default Terms and condition on purchasing document documents while PO printing. We tried working with Profile where we placed Terms and Condition.TXT file on server and provided the location in profile. But, it does not work. Please suggest what could be the issue ? Our idea is to just print default T&C which is hard coded. We do not want to modify PO XSLFO report for it. Please note we are not implementing contract library feature.
