Do Modifiers consider conversion rate when Multi-Currency is enabled in a O.U

We have different customer who book orders from different countries(currencies). When Sales Order is booked the Price list looks for the Price List and changes the Unit Selling Price in the Sales order based on the currency(As per conversion rate) defined for the customer problem starts when modifiers is added automatically then the currency is not changed automatically

Requesting you to suggest whether modifier will consider conversion rate or it just takes the raw value defined in the modifier form
