I need to setup Accruals for Transportation Carries

Shipping

Dr Cost

Cr Inventory

Dr Accrual (A)

Cr Liability

One week later the Carrier send his invoice to be paid.

Dr Expense

Cr Accrual (A)

I was wondering if I can setup those accruals with Oracle OTM
