Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear Everybody,

I have a problem as below:

Close the jobs of outside process most ware fail,the error message:

Delivery Quantity Check

Quantity delivered less than Quantity received

Number of jobs failed in Delivered Quantity : 1

In fact,the Delivered Quantity is equal to the Received Quantity,

How to solve the problem ?
