Journal not showing quantity

Hi Gurus,

We have journals imported from Oracle receivables which show the Unit of measure for the journal lines but not the quantity (both are existing in transactions in AR). Could you help by letting me know why this is so? Is system not supposed to show quantity for receivables transactions in GL?

Also, we are able to see the same for Payables journals.

We have a customized SLAM but are using non- customized JLDs and JLTs for both receivables and payables.
