In oracle database 11.2.0.3 batch jobs queries are picking different execution plans for each run.

In oracle database 11.2.0.3 batch jobs queries are picking different execution plans for each run. Cardinality feedback is turned off. Does collecting system, fixed table. dictionary table statistics will help to improve the execution plan ?
