RTV
Dear Team,
We are using Oracle Retail 12.x and would like to know the following:
We have cancelled the RTV in RMS , but still user can able to see the RTV from SIM front end.
Checked in Rib_message table both in RMS and SIM but no relevant msg is stuck in RIB side. Status of RTV is cancelled in RMS and Pending in SIM.
Kindly advise on RTV flow from RMS to SIM and how to solve above issue.
