Defaulting rules are not defaulting Shipping Warehouse

Hi Team,

We are facing an unique issue in defaulting rules where defaulting rules are not working for new defaulting conditions. We have ran the defaulting generator package multiple times now but still it seems to create a problem.

We have few defaulting templates and rules for defaulting Ship From Org Id or Warehouse on Order line level. In one defaulting template, we have all the Order line types for which the defaulting rule should work. We have added 6 new line types to it and the rule is not working for these 6 new line types.

The defaulting rule is a Pl/SQL package which should default the Inventory Org. We have checked the individual conditions and they all are giving the desired output.
