Record stuck in Customer Interface with A4 Error

Hi All,

I need to reprocess a record stuck with A4 Error in the ra_customers_interface_all table. Could somebody please advice me how to Reprocess the Record with this kind of Error.

I can find the records have been created in hz_locations and hz_cust_site_uses_all table for the above sites.

Please advice me on how to clear the Error and process the  record to create a customer Account.
