build NERR55 error in PY910 environment (but not in DV910)

Hi,

I build an update package with a custome NER55 to environment DV and finish right!

but did the same to environment PY and the NER55 finish with 100 error!

what could be the difference between environment?

I deploy this update package with error NER55 (and this is not good)

I dont understand the reason of build PDF output file has word: successful spec  and  this NER55 has 100 error,I means what is the reason of successful spec  if the ner has several error???
