When trying to create a price list agreement in R2 system, I am getting error.

When trying to create a price list agreement in R2 system, I am getting following error .'ORA-06503: PL/SQL: Function returned without value in Package QP_Modifiers_PVT Procedure Modifier_List'.I checked the price list set ups and it looks fine. What are the possible reasons for this issue.
