What is one-off Patch 18879534?

I'm involved in moving ASCP from AIX to a Linux Platform. I'm researching all the one-off patches to see if I need to submit a SR to get new patches. I can't find one of the patches listed when I ran a query retrieving the one-off patches: Patch 18879534. Can someone with internal access let me know what that patch was? (Title is good enough) Likely it was something not related to ASCP because I have been involved in most of the ASCP issues and it doesn't show up in any of my support notes. Our DBA's apply all patches to both ERP and ASCP, but I still need to check. Why would I not see that patch when I did a search in MOS?
