Receipt not interfaced error in PA

Hi,

Trying to close PA period (OCT-14) and getting an error that a Receipt has not been interfaced.

But this receipt date (7-Nov-14) falls in the current period (NOV-14) and not in the prior period which I am trying to close.

The actual error messages are :

Exception Reason : The new receipt line is not interfaced to Oracle Projects.

Corrective Action :Please run the PRC: Interface Supplier Costs concurrent program.

Trying to understand why I am getting this exception for OCT-14 period.
