EnablePerfLogDisplay Parameter Usage?

Hi Experts,

I recently came across a OM parameter "EnablePerfLogDisplay". When we enabled it in CFG, we could see a red bar in the top left corner in the application indicating 2 parameters: DB Time, DB Count.


Can someone throw light on what this parameter and explain the red bar at the top?
