AS OF processing back dating into previous period

We have the situation where after the month-end closing, certain inventory adjustments are made (IA, PI) that will correct the month-end inventory balance. When these transactions are entered with the transaction date in the new period and the GL date in the previous period, it doesn't appear that the transactions are processed by the R41542 object. It does look like the IM transactions are posted with a back dated GL date but not the IA or PI. The R41542 data selection is selecting using the GL date. Has anyone encountered this before? Does anyone have any suggestions? thanks, William Bauchat
