Missing Report Version

I am running E1 9.1 Tools 9.1 on wintel.  A couple of days ago one of my end users came to me stating that a report (R09420) version is missing.  I checked and sure enough, she was correct.  She had just ran the report on the previous day.  The report is correct in PY and OMW so I attempted to create a new project and deploy it to PD, assuming the versions would carry through but they are not.  Any ideas on how I can resolve this?
