In 12.1.3, among the concurrent programs is a program called, Contract creation from quote.

What is the functionality associated with this program?

I don't see any documentation - I've checked the details in R12.1.3 documentation and even the R12.2 RCD.

I only see this note ID: 969565.1 - Is It Possible to Create a Service Contract from the Oracle Quoting Module? There again, the note is for 11.5.10 to 12.1.2.
