We are in EBS 12.1.3, using seeded template for FirstDataNorth Credit Card authorizations (IBY_FDN_O2002_en.rtf) and FirstData is requiring us to put the Transmission Date and Time in UTC/GMT format.  Problem is the XML which is generated (by seeded EBS processes) is putting the Transmission Date/Time in the local time.  I was hoping I could convert the date to UTC in in the template itself but everything I try is getting an error.   Is there any way I can make the conversion in the template? 

Here's sample....where the InstructionSentDate is in format YYYY-MM-DDThh:mi:ss
