Siebel Chat Freeze
Hi Experts,
Need your help to analyze a SComm & TW & AOM logs of Siebel Chat Freeze.
We have currently Siebel Call Center Application 8.1.1.11 PatchSet 12 Version. We have CTI INtegration with CCA.

Issue Description:-
For Chat Freeze - For a specific Agent issue.
Chat pane was unresponsive and on toggling, it froze. The issue is been investigated.
There were two concurrent chats she was handling … on one of the chats she was typing but those statements did not appear in the chat pane ,
she tried to toggle at this point when the chat freeze.
