R12.2.0 - Rapidwiz going in error

I am installing Oracle EBS 12.2.4. As a part of process we are installing R.12.2.0 using rapidwiz.

 

I am getting error in 2/8 phase of installation process. Attached log file for your reference.

TNS-00530: Protocol adapter error

  Linux Error: 20: Not a directory

Attached installation log file, alert log xml and listener.ora file for your reference

please check logfile for error
