Have business scenario.
Product Implemented: Field Service and Advanced Scheduler.
Case 1. Customer contact service center "A". The service is picked and assgined to Service center "A" only using Advanced Schedular.
People in service center "B" should not able to see resource from Service center "A". When they call up "Schedular" at task level.
Can we use Oracle CRM Resource manager and create group and assgin in "Territory Manger". Use hiearchy and assgin the top most group to "Service Center A".
Same heiarchy for Service B and assgin at "Service center B"
Territory:
Lowest Level: Technician Group 1, Technician Group 2.
second level: Manager Group- With manager
