Sales Order Stuck at 'Ship Confirm / Close Trip Stop'

Hi Guru's,

After booking the sales order, I did pick release and Ship confirm. The shipping lines is showing "Ship Confirm / Close Trip Stop" as next step. I ran Interface Trip stop program couple of times, still it is not moving to next step and shipping transaction line status showing "Open" in Delivery tab.

Can anyone suggest what should I do to progress to next step.
