Oracle Utilities CC&B Demo Installation

I have followed the installation guide for Oracle Customer Care & Billing 2.4 Demo Installation(on Linux)

Having installed Oracle Database 11g then I copied all the required files for Demo DB Creation and executed the below command

perl cdxdba,plx

I followed all the steps for Parameter setup but the process exits after the message below

The directory orasw/app/oracle/product/10201 should exist with Read Write permission granted to the current user....

The Database is also not created.

Please provide me a solution if any?
