Cannot Find JDE E910 Network service in Services.msc of E1 Server?

I have installed Database as well as Enterprise servers on same machine. I am not able to get JDE E910 service in the services list of windows. All the Installations went successful without any error. can anyone please suggest any way to get JDE E910 service in the service List. Below are the softwares I have installed on my Windows server 2008 R2

Oracle Native Client

Oracle 11g R2 Database

Platform Pack (Both Enterprise and Database Server) 9.1.0.0
