Whether Internal Requisitions can be created to deliver to expense location?

Hi Experts,

Can we create internal requisitions with deliver to expense locations?

Because, we have a requirement as below.

The company stores expense items like Stationery in the centralised warehouse and later on distribute this to departments as and when required.

So is there any functionality(any transaction) in Inventory so that expense items can be delivered to expense locations based on a request? Whether internal requisitions help in this?
