Integrating OEM grid control with BMC

Currently we are doing some testing on integrating OEM grid control with BMC called BMC capacity optimization integration with oracle enterprise manager.

we are interested to see whether there are any licensing implications due to this as we dont have diagnostic pack licenses for our databases , my understanding is that ETL user created on OEM grid control database will extract data from SYSMAN respository so there will be no licensing implications , please correct me if I am wrong ?
