Map System not working

Hi

I am frequently trying to re-map systems in on-going SR's (i.e. I create an issue for Production, but once we work on the SR and we can reproduce in Dev/Test, I would like to re-map to Dev/Test). But this never happens - the re-map request gets registered but I never see the SR actually being updated.
