Project related PO account generator

Hi,

I'm getting a blank error message box when try to save a project related PO. The blank error message box occurs after required information is entered on the Project tab, it follows with the normal APP-PO-14040 error. The error expected for the blank error box is: APP-FND-01030: Value xxxx is longer than its maximum length of x characters. I do see the message in the fnd_log_messages. We have recently applied RUP patches. I could not see any difference in the before and after patches workflows.
