Job title (JBCX)- legnth issues?

We are looking into automating the creating of AD  entries for employees, using JD Edwards as the source. One of the issues that we have encountered is the length of the job title field is not sufficient. (30 chars) to store all job titles. This field will be eventually used to create the employees signature in outlook.

Was wondering if any one out there has encountered a similar issue and has a workaround????????
