ASM FRA Space Expansion

Server Info: Oracle11.2.0.3.0 64 bit

We have an ASM environment for our recovery area. We understand how to expand usable FRA for a specific database. How can we check the underlying file system storage free space, so we know how far we can expand our database recovery areas?
