BIP Template 2nd page alignment different from 1st page

Hi, I have a one page BIP Template, when it renders for 2 records the 2nd records starts 2 line lower on the next page then the 1st. Is there a way to set a fixed start point aside from where the table start. Is there anything else I can check for, both records are using the same tags?
