Label not printing

we have an issue where labels for MSCA receipt are not getting printed. The request get generated but the printer is selected as 'noprint'. The issue is only for few users

I have checked and confirmed that printers are assigned to business flow and enable and default buttons are selected selected.

I have also referred "Troubleshooting WMS / MSCA Label Printing (Doc ID 298250.1)"

Any suggestions?
