Moving existing I/S BU's to a newly created Co.#

In test, I've moved four existing I/S BU's to a newly created company and now have offsetting out of balances (for retained earnings) between the old and new companies for the last 14 years (since going live).  Do I need to re-run the R098201 for the last 14 years on each company, or do I record ## entries for each of the last 14 years to re-class the retained earnings?
