R30835 Cost update not updating the F4105

We are running the simulation and cost update process. The F4105 is not being updated for some items

1. The item branch record exists

2. item location record exists

3. the item ledger for the sales/inventory and procurement cost methods have been set-up

4. DMAAIs have been setup

5. There are no known DMAAI errors. Nothing shows up on the report

6. the simulated cost method is the same as the one we desire to update

7. the Work Center indicates that the R309835 completed with errors but the only message is "Invalid Parameter"... nothing else

8. The PEC code on the affected accounts is blank so this should not inhibit the update
