Hi,

I have created a physical standby database. we are using active data guard.

we have created the standby redo files on the primary database also ( then did the active rman duplication to create the standby).

everything is fine and working.

Now the question is, i can see the standby redos on the primary also being archived (but where?).

when i try to delete the archived log files using rman, these files are not being deleted.

Scenario:

primary database : BCRX

standby stabase: BCRXSTBY

this is what i see in my enterprise manager (archive logs) on the primary database (BCRX). How can i delete those BCRXSTBY archived standby logs on the primary?

Howdy, Stranger!
