Quality collections plans with the Receiving Inspection process

Hi All

We are trying to integrate Quality collections plans with the Receiving Inspection process, and we have a requirement to trigger specific collection plan for specific suppliers/items.

is there any way to trigger a different collection plan for group of items/suppliers?.
