Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What are the changs in coding standard from 11i to R12?

For example, public synonym is allowed in 11i, but not in R12.

Do we have a document that lists down all these differences?
